Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant to join our Real Estate Advisory team across Syndey, Brisbane and Melbourne who has previous experience as a management consultant and is passionate about continuously helping clients improve how they delivery project and programs and in every aspect of their business. This role would suit someone looking for their next step in their career development. You may have been part of a larger project or consulting team in perhaps a ‘big 4’ consultancy and want the opportunity to take more ownership of a sector or proposition.

s a Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant, you will:

  • Actively participate in project management, process re-engineering, organisational change, stakeholder management implementation and beyond.
  • Develop and present client-focused solutions for both projects and business development.
  • Support our Victoria real estate advisory team, providing technical project delivery knowledge and contribute to our multi-disciplinary team.
  • Act as day-to-day management consultant, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
  • Produce clear, concise, and persuasive client-facing reports or deliverables in various formats that deliver to client expectations and demonstrate value.
  • Provide complementary services to Turner & Townsend’s propositions such as project management, cost management, contract services and program management.
  • Have proven ability to lead complex organisational transformations, leveraging strategic vision, change management and stakeholder engagements to drive successful outcomes.
  • Be able to develop key client data into insights which can be used to drive enhanced performance and management.
  • Develop project/program/ portfolio management approaches used to improve delivery of capital assets and assure our clients investments are effectively and efficiently controlled.
  • Support the growth of advisory through bid writing and proposition development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 - 8 years consulting and advisory experience.
  • A university degree in Program Management, Project Management, Engineering, Business or Economics
  • Experience in delivering capital projects, programs and/or portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary consultancy team environment and individually
  • Experience of working across real estate sectors or infrastructure or natural resources and both private and public sectors
  • Previous experience working for a consultancy organisation
