Job DescriptionReporting to the Head of FP&A, you’ll be the go-to partner for commercial performance — working across departments to turn data into direction. You’ll help shape and lead the financial reporting framework, drive strategic planning and forecasting, and play a pivotal role in aligning business performance with measurable objectives and outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the implementation and enhancement of a consistent reporting framework across the business
Partner closely with Finance Business Partners and senior stakeholders to understand needs, influence decision-making, and drive transformational improvements
Deliver clear, actionable reporting and analysis of actuals vs. budget/forecast, highlighting key drivers and areas for optimisation
Support planning and forecasting cycles, including financial modelling and scenario analysis
Drive establishment and tracking of company-wide OKRs and performance metrics
Prepare monthly operational and financial reports with insights that drive strategy
Conduct deep-dive analysis on financial and operational data to extract insights
Collaborate with teams across Technology, People & Talent, Sales, Marketing and Operations
Continuously identify and implement process improvements and reporting efficiencies
Extensive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering
Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
CA or CFA qualification preferred
Strong 3-way modelling and advanced Excel/financial analysis skills
A proven track record in budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
A results-driven, strategic thinker who can work with ambiguity and solve complex problems
Highly collaborative, accountable, and detail-oriented
