The Sr Cloud Engineer/Sr Site Reliability Engineer is a member of Cloud Operations Automation team and responsible for the reliability, security and efficiency of Change Healthcare's cloud environments and products that comprise Enterprise Imaging solutions. The engineer will also participate in the Cloud Operations team's activities including continuous delivery, configuration changes, performance monitoring, and ensure high availability of systems. The engineer will be the active leader on the incident management process including triaging and resolution of incidents.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Works as a software tools developer in the cloud operations team
- Define and drive automation of cloud operations and deployment using different toolset
- Define and drive implementation of Cloud Operations procedures
- Define and implement effective and reliable cloud infrastructure
- 24×7 shift-based support with rotating on-call

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience automating and administering IT systems, including IAM, compute, networking, storage, and access control, using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- 5+ years of proven experience administering cloud infrastructure and production applications for enterprise SaaS or PaaS environments in public clouds such as GCP (preferred), AWS, or Azure
- 2+ years of programming experience in Python and/or Node.js
- 2+ years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), primarily Terraform
- 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, Ansible, or Jenkins
1+ year of experience managing Kubernetes and serverless environments, using cloud-native services, APIs, and IaC (Terraform) - 1+ year of exposure with AI-Ops/AI-powered coding and analysis tools
- Open to 24×7 shift-based support with rotating on-call
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent certification
- 1+ year of experience with cloud security principles, including DDoS prevention, vulnerability management, and patching
- Experience leveraging AI-powered code assistants within IDEs, with a strong understanding of MCP, ADKs, and prompt/context/state management
- Knowledge of cloud networking, cloud security, centralized loggings and monitoring tools
Solid foundation in Linux/Windows operating systems and tools - Proven ability to analyze application logs using AI tools to help reduce MTTR and develop tool for proactive monitoring and response
