Job Description

NCS is looking for a commercially driven Client Services Manager to lead and grow key Financial Services accounts across Victoria.

This is more than an account management role. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, bringing together business strategy, technology consulting and transformation to uncover opportunities, shape solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes.

The Role

You’ll own the strategy, growth and performance of a portfolio of strategic FSI accounts, working across NCS to strengthen relationships, expand our footprint and create new opportunities.

You will:

  • Own and execute account growth strategies across key Victorian FSI clients.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and HOD-level stakeholders.
  • Position NCS as a strategic business and technology partner.
  • Identify and convert opportunities across technology consulting, transformation and managed services.
  • Grow share of wallet, revenue and pipeline across strategic accounts.
  • Lead account planning and shape complex, high-value pursuits.
  • Engage clients on their business transformation, technology and innovation agendas.
  • Bring together NCS consulting, technology, delivery and executive teams to develop compelling solutions.
  • Influence commercial strategy, deal structures, negotiations and investment decisions.
  • Maintain executive oversight of major engagements, ensuring strong client outcomes and advocacy.
  • Proactively address delivery, relationship and commercial risks.
  • Build long-term account strategies that create sustainable growth for both the client and NCS.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who combines strong client relationships with a genuine sales mindset.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Proven success selling technology consulting, professional services or IT services.
  • Strong Financial Services network across Banking, Insurance, Wealth or Superannuation
  • Experience managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers.
  • A track record of identifying opportunities, shaping deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and deal-shaping capability.
  • A genuine passion for technology-led business transformation.
  • A proactive, energetic and highly motivated approach.
  • Resilience, ambition and a genuine enjoyment of the chase and winning.
