What you’ll be doing…

As a trusted advisor, you will help our enterprise customers across Australia move their business forward by solving their most complex ICT challenges. Leveraging a consultative selling approach, you will become a domain specialist for your clients and peers, expertly packaging and tailoring Verizon’s global network, security, and cloud infrastructure solutions to meet unique customer requirements. Your role is critical in establishing Verizon as the premier digital transformation partner within your assigned accounts.

  • Nurturing growth within existing enterprise accounts and proactively driving new business.

  • Evaluating local and global industry trends to build strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.

  • Cultivating deep, trust-based relationships with C-suite stakeholders, gaining a thorough understanding of their business models, markets, and operational challenges.

  • Crafting innovative, high-impact solution architectures to help customers achieve their strategic goals.

  • Selling advanced networking, cybersecurity, managed services, and data center solutions to optimize customer connectivity and operational efficiency.

  • Clearly articulating Verizon's value proposition to ensure our solutions remain the partner of choice.

  • Balancing top-line business growth with exceptionally high customer satisfaction and retention.

What we’re looking for…

You thrive on digging deep to understand a customer’s vision, operational landscape, and unique technical challenges. You excel at assembling complex solution components in creative ways to solve pressing enterprise needs, always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. You are commercially astute, comfortable with data analytics, and leverage hard insights to back up your strategic recommendations.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of experience in technology solutions and managed services sales.

  • Experience in both account expansion and new enterprise logo acquisition within the Australian market.

  • Demonstrated experience selling complex global networking, SD-WAN/SASE, and enterprise security solutions.

  • Experience of orchestrating and closing high-value, complex technology deals.

  • Established C-suite network and deep domain relationships within enterprise verticals.

  • Willingness to travel 25%

Even better if you have:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Information Technology, or Engineering.

  • Ability to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.

  • Well-developed presentation and problem-solving skills to help solve customer issues and position new ideas.

  • Ability to be persuaded and negotiate to create desired outcomes.

  • An innovative mindset to structure deals both technically and commercially.

  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
