Job Description
About the team
The Capacity Engineering team manages global capacity operations through operations, engineering, and automations.
They are involved in the

• Development of automation for end to end cloud capacity lifecycle management.
• Management of global datacenter capacity to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
• Management of operational issues to reduce service disruptions.
• Design and maintenance of datacenter labs for testing and development.
• Facilitation of production lifecycle events with minimal business impact.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Deep knowledge of Linux platform/systems.
• Coding in various languages, we normally prefer Python, C/C++ or Javascript.
• Networking skills, IP addressing and routing.
• MySQL database administration.
• Monitoring of large and scalable systems, applications and networks.
• ServiceNow platform experience (advantage)
• Uncompromising attention to detail.
• Ability to work in shifts that cover one weekend day

Note: This position requires Australian Baseline Security Clearance. If offered employment, you must be willing to complete and successfully pass the adjudication process. Australian citizens currently residing in Australia will be considered.
