About the role:

This role provides dedicated APAC campaign execution capability, aligning the region with the operating model already established across other regions. It ensures APAC has the resources required to execute local campaigns, events, partner programs, customer marketing initiatives and pipeline generation activities while leveraging global campaign strategy and content.  

The Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, APAC is responsible for developing and executing integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness, pipeline, customer engagement and revenue outcomes across the APAC region. 

Working in partnership with Global Campaigns, Product Marketing, Sales, Partners and Marketing Operations, this role localizes and executes global initiatives while creating region-specific programs aligned to APAC growth priorities. 

The role serves as the primary execution engine for APAC marketing across campaigns, digital programs, customer marketing, partner marketing, webinars, events and executive engagement activities. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver measurable pipeline contribution and business impact. 


Your contribution will be: 

Campaign Planning & Execution 

  • Execute integrated regional marketing programs aligned to APAC pipeline and revenue targets. 
  • Localize and deploy global campaigns for APAC markets. 
  • Develop campaign plans spanning digital, events, webinars, content syndication, partner marketing and executive programs. 
  • Coordinate campaign execution across cross-functional stakeholders and external agencies. 
  • Ensure campaigns align with target personas, industry priorities and buying journeys. 

Demand Generation 

  • Drive qualified pipeline creation across new logo, expansion and customer marketing programs. 
  • Build and execute account-based and opportunity acceleration initiatives in partnership with Sales. 
  • Partner with sales leadership to support regional pipeline generation and progression goals. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion through the marketing and sales funnel. 

Events & Field Marketing 

  • Lead execution of regional events, roadshows, executive programs, webinars and third-party sponsorships. 
  • Develop end-to-end attendee engagement strategies, including pre-event, onsite and post-event nurture. 
  • Support strategic partner events and co-marketing initiatives. 

Partner Marketing 

  • Develop and execute partner marketing programs with key regional alliance partners. 
  • Build joint marketing plans that generate awareness, engagement and pipeline. 
  • Support partner enablement and recruitment initiatives where required. 

Performance & Optimisation 

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular insights and recommendations. 
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize investment based on performance metrics. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and BI teams to improve reporting and attribution. 
  • Maintain strong discipline around ROI, pipeline contribution and campaign measurement. 

Stakeholder Management 

  • Act as the key marketing contact for regional sales leaders regarding campaign execution. 
  • Influence and align stakeholders across Global Marketing, Sales and Product teams. 
  • Communicate campaign plans, milestones, performance and outcomes to senior leadership. 

To be successful, we think you need: 

  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.  

  5+ years B2B technology marketing experience.  

  2+ years in demand generation, field marketing or campaign marketing roles.  

 2 years Partner Marketing Experience 

  Experience supporting enterprise and mid-market sales organizations.  

  Proven ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.  

  Experience working in matrixed global organizations.  

  Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.  

  Experience with account-based marketing approaches.
