Opportunity snapshot:
The successful candidate will perform a Client facing Senior Business Analyst role in the Production Support working alongside the client business analysts, Technical lead and solution architects in order to effectively perform, as well as oversee analysis and design techniques to solve complex business issues.

Key responsibilities:
- Substantial recent experience in complex business system analysis and issue resolution.
- Provide support to business stakeholders to manage and resolve system defects.
- Identify and resolve production issues in conjunction with developers, testers and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, and discussions with internal and external stakeholders, including fund administrators, trustees, investment teams, and IT teams, to ensure defect fixes meet business requirements and superannuation legislation, APRA/ATO guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform data analysis on member accounts, transactions, fees, and compliance reporting, ensuring data integrity and accuracy in superannuation systems.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by defining test scenarios, validating test cases, and ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance to junior Business Analysts.
- Exposure to system enhancements and implementations by defining user stories, supporting configuration, and providing subject matter expertise on superannuation platforms.
- Exposure in solution analysis techniques including User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN 2.0, UML Modelling Diagrams, User Interface Design, Domain Modelling, Logical data modelling and Business Rules modelling
- Exposure to Requirement Traceability and change management processes.
- Understanding of IT systems, databases and infrastructure including complex system architectures involving the integration of multiple systems (including third parties)
- Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Access)
- Working understanding of requirement management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
