We are expanding our Sales team!
  

Due to growth, we have an opportunity for a results-driven Senior Sales professional to join our high performing New Business team. You will help us grow our footprint across Australia and have substantial commercial and operational impact on business’ supply chains. You will be immersed in a vibrant and fast-paced culture, working with some brilliant individuals, and receive generous earnings with our uncapped commission scheme. 
 

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional who will operate at a Senior level, whilst being hands-on. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics and supply chain industry and enterprise sales and have managed the complete business development lifecycle, including discovery, pitch and close.  


Requirements
  • Strategically identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities, leveraging existing networks and developing effective sales strategies 
  • Develop a multi-sector pipeline of enterprise new business opportunities and ensure ongoing management of your opportunity pipeline, building robust relationships with potential clients 
  • Ensure cross-functional knowledge of the efm operating model, offering a truly tailored solution to each prospective customer 
  • Prepare sales reports and manage the tender process of new business opportunities including preparation and presentations of sales pitches and working through contracts and negotiations. 
  • Contribute strategic insights to assist in shaping the future direction of efm 
  • Work cohesively with the Implementation team, ensuring a seamless transition in the onboarding of new customers 

What we’re looking for: 

  • 3+ years’ work experience in a comparable sales role and in logistics and supply chain management 
  • Experience within a fast-paced and complex business environment 
  • Solid track record of closing deals, managing complex sales processes, and exceeding targets. 
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to work autonomously and get involved with all aspects of the business 
  • Self-motivated and a natural drive to be your best and reap the rewards 
  • Problem-solving skills – willing to challenge the status quo​ 
  • Analytical with a strong commercial acumen​ 
  • Confident communicator – written and verbal
