Business Analysts at Ippon consult with clients on how technology can solve their business challenges and then scope, build and deliver solutions that meet the identified needs.
You will work with the team to define a technology solution to meet that need, utilising their strong knowledge of the client’s business requirements, and support the delivery of that solution into production in the client’s business environment. You’ll work all the way from discovery to delivery and beyond to solve problems that are at the heart of some of the most burning issues for our clients.

Required skills and experience
- Qualifications in an aligned discipline and extensive relevant experience,
- An ability to undertake business analysis within an Agile environment with experience in requirement: elicitation, gathering, documentation and management
- Ability to facilitate groups across multiple disciplines
- Capability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team, including taking initiative, providing regular updates on your work, seeking and providing support as required
- A functional and conceptual understanding of technical matters, as well as the proven ability to quickly learn new business domains and technical applications
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders and users in the provision of advice, guiding decision-making and seeking cooperation in the delivery of services
- Well developed verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver technical and business reports.
What will I be doing?
- Work as part of an Agile team to deliver high quality business analysis for stakeholders,
- Be proactively client-facing; evangelise, engage in pre-sales activity and other business development activities as required,
- Undertake analysis of client requirements to ensure there is a comprehensive understanding and agreement of client engagements,
- Actively work on client engagements to achieve the desired business outcomes leveraging agile principles,
- Manage client stakeholders to drive maximum client satisfaction,
- Identify challenges to achieving client outcomes and work with the client and team to remedy the situation,
- Participate in engaging with the community through meetups and conferences; espouse others to do the same.
