Senior Business Analyst

(i.e.,) is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Contract) with an agile mindset. We are looking for someone who is experienced with working with a diverse network of people skilled at using the latest technology to address today’s biggest business challenges

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Insights & Analysis, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client's business and system requirements into functional, and technical requirements. This contract position would suit someone with some decent digital experience, who has the ability to hit the ground running.  

• Deliver a defined roadmap 
• Work with  different  stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure all the requirements for the features are captured and delivered in a timely manner
• Translate requirements into accurate user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows;
• Ensure the backlog is groomed and help the team to progress work through the backlog;
• Communicate dependencies, issues or risks and plan to resolve throughout project delivery; 
• Work with the Delivery lead to lead and resolve competing client and stakeholder demands to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

The person who creates order from chaos. You are focused and organised and love solving complex business problems. You navigate layers of stakeholder inputs and cross functional communication calmly whilst always focusing on delivering business values.

• Good facilitator - You possess good facilitation and presentation skills. You are able to present to people of multiple backgrounds and disciplines.
• Technically Minded -  You come from a strong technical background. You've had experiences with content management systems, and you understand APIs and web services. You understand how different systems can integrate together. Prior experience in headless technology and Sitecore is highly regarded.
• Problem Solver - You love solving problems and bring order to chaos
• Multi-Tasker - You are confident at managing multiple competing Product Owners or Exec Stakeholders simultaneously while improving team/project outcomes
• Strong Communicator - You are comfortable interacting candidly and transparently across a broad number of stakeholders from technical teams, to business teams to senior leadership
• Able to zoom in and out - You can see the bigger picture and dive into the detail
• Process-Orientated - You love attention to detail and are highly organised 
• Agile - you are a self-starter and love working in a fast paced environment. You can jump in and get things done to help out other team members. Prior experience with SAFE and PI planning is highly regarded,
• Highly Collaborative - You’re able to build trust with colleagues across all levels and disciplines.
• Growth Mindset - a love for learning and helping others learn. Having the ability and experience to ship quickly, iterate, and are always striving to improve
