Senior Business Analyst

(i.e.,) is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Contract) with an agile mindset. We are looking for someone who is experienced with working with a diverse network of people skilled at using the latest technology to address today’s biggest business challenges

About the opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Insights & Analysis, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client's business and system requirements into functional, and technical requirements. This contract position would suit someone with some decent digital experience, who has the ability to hit the ground running.  

• Deliver to a defined roadmap 
• Work with  different  stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure all the requirements for the features are captured and delivered in a timely manner
• Identify, map and track the changes required to the existing, new sitecore components and design systems 
• Work with third party vendors to ensure requirements and dependencies on the backend systems  are built to specification
• Translate requirements into accurate user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows;
• Ensure the backlog is groomed and help the team to progress work through the backlog;
• Communicate dependencies, issues or risks and plan to resolve throughout project delivery; 
• Work with the Delivery lead  to lead and resolve competing client and stakeholder demands to deliver successful outcomes.

About You

• Technical Acumen: You possess strong experience with content management systems ,  design language systems. And understanding of APIs and web services. Prior experience in headless technology and Sitecore is highly regarded.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical: You have a keen eye for detail, excelling at translating high-level concepts into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows. You don't miss a beat when it comes to mapping changes to technical components.
• Exceptional Collaborator: You thrive in cross-functional settings, effortlessly engaging with diverse stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and capture comprehensive requirements.
• Strategic & Results-Driven: You're committed to delivering against a defined roadmap and have a proven track record of achieving successful outcomes even when faced with competing demands.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: You anticipate challenges, actively communicate dependencies, issues, and risks, and consistently develop effective plans for their resolution.
