We're now looking for a Business Analyst to join us at the centre of this strategic transformation.
Job Description
The Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful delivery of this large scale IT Transformation by managing and undertaking the required business analysis ensuring a consistent focus to deliver on the program's vision. The Business Analyst will investigate and analyse business problems or opportunities which contribute to improvements in business processes, policies and IT Systems.
This particular position is working on the establishment of the Retail Test Lab for Store Zero.

Run workshops and engage with key stakeholders within the One Endeavour E2E Stores Program to elicit and document business requirements for the Retail Test Lab.

Define and document the operational processes required for the effective functioning of the Retail Test Lab.

Develop and maintain process flow maps using Lucid Charts, and present them for review and approval.

Assist with Jira board management, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Maintain and update Confluence with essential project documentation, meeting minutes, and other key project deliverables.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Analyse and identify improvements to processes and/or systems to meet the needs of the customer and business.

Develop detailed Business Process Specifications, Business Requirements and System Functional/Non Functional Specifications that will drive the desired change to business process, system, enhancement/development activities; in accordance with the Business Analysis process framework

Contribute to business case preparation, specifically analysis of benefits of proposed solution to deliver ‘desired business outcome’ and associated project costs.

Develop and maintain appropriately detailed business analysis artefacts and deliverables throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring they meet the agreed quality standards and fulfil the project reporting needs to support effective governance and audit requirements.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Apply and adhere to the organisation’s methodologies, tools and standards.

Proficient in using various applications, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications to convey complex information in a simplified way.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within large scale transformation programs.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).

Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques (e.g. JIRA, Confluence).

Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Proficient in the use of applications including but not limited to presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications.
DESIRABLE:
-
Relevant business and/or technology tertiary qualifications.

Retail and/or FMCG experience.

Business Analysis Certification - CBAP certification or equivalent.

Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt Certification or equivalent.
