Senior Business Analyst – Technology & Innovation
Whether you're based in Perth, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you’ll be joining a team that thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation and human‑centred design.

What You’ll Work On
You’ll lead and contribute to exciting, high‑impact initiatives, such as:
- Designing and delivering innovative automation solutions
- Leading AI, data and automation projects that transform workflows
- Contributing to RSM’s award‑winning AI Bootcamps
- Facilitating engaging discussions that turn business needs into actionable plans
- Ensuring smooth end‑to‑end delivery of complex, meaningful projects
You'll play a pivotal role in helping teams work smarter and embrace new technologies with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes
- Lead project lifecycles and drive adoption across the firm
- Mentor and uplift junior analysts
- Work alongside program managers to deliver innovative solutions that support our people and clients
About you:

You are someone who brings curiosity, clarity and confidence to your work. You enjoy collaborating with others, influencing decisions, and helping teams embrace new ways of working.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in professional services
- 3–5+ years in a similar Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of IT systems and process improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead initiatives independently
- A degree in Accounting or Information Technology
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Change Management, Agile or Six Sigma methodologies
- Passion for people, innovation and continuous improvement
