Senior Business Analyst - i.PM Extracts

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Business Analyst - i.PM Extracts you will be part of our highly successful regional product ownership function, working closely with the i.Patient Manager (i.PM) Product Manager to ensure features, functional and technical requirements are accurately defined, documented, prioritized and communicated to all relevant parties which include on-shore and off-shore development teams.
You will:
- Work closely with regional and global members of the i.PM team to ensure alignment and cohesion across the full offering suite (i.PM, i.PM Extracts, HL7 messaging, FHIR interfaces, Claim Manager and other products).
- Work on the i.PM Extracts modules, analyzing change notifications to determine product impacts and enhancement requirements.
- Be responsible for scoping the body of i.PM Extract development work required each year, and meeting with customers to confirm solutions and priorities and providing progress updates.
- Participate in delivering enhancements in i.PM, i.PM Extracts, HL7 messaging, FHIR interfaces and Claim Manager and other products.
- Analyse, understand and document client's business requirements, processes, business drivers and values.
- Communicate client requirements by producing functional design documents and constructing conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates, where applicable.
- Review and provide feedback on test scenarios and test plans to be used in testing the business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design. Assists in analyzing testing results throughout each testing cycle.
- Assist in coordinating business analyst tasks on i.PM projects and provide support to other team members.
- Provide knowledge of the offering or portfolio, support pre-sales work and ongoing product development.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of business analysis experience within the healthcare information domain (PAS experience essential).
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience working with hospital state reporting extracts (e.g. VAED, HCP, QHAPDC, EDW, VEMD).
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience working with HL7 version 2 messaging or FHIR interfacing.
- Experience working with business process re-engineering and the software development lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very comfortable working in a team of resources operating from around the globe.

- Knowledge of i.PM PAS and i.PM Extracts
