We’re expanding and looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in optimising processes, driving continuous improvement, and delivering high-impact projects across our B2C Retail Operations.
Based in Melbourne, this is a chance to step into a senior role where your insights, leadership, and analytical skills will directly influence customer and business outcomes.
With respect, integrity and honesty, responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end business analysis across complex initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, and third-party providers to align outcomes and business needs.
Map, analyse and redesign business processes to drive efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare artefacts (requirements, best practice process docs, test plans) to support successful delivery.
Lead impact assessments and support change management activities to ensure adoption of improvements.
Provide analytical insights and reporting to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for transformation.
Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in energy, utilities, or a similarly complex industry.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and traditional).
Expertise in process analysis, documentation, and business process optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence across all levels.
Advanced analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and problem-solving capability.
A collaborative, proactive approach with the confidence to drive change initiatives.
