About the Role
Are you ready to lead and innovate in the pharmaceutical industry? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Brand Manager (SBM) to spearhead the marketing efforts for one of our key Haematology products. This is your opportunity to drive long‑term business growth and make a meaningful impact.
Your role will be varied and will include:
Successfully launching and marketing GSK’s Haematology product to drive long-term growth.
Developing and executing a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan aligned with brand strategy.
Leading a cross-functional team to execute the business strategy with excellence.
Creating valuable digital content for HCPs using data-driven insights.
Collaborating with Medical on KOL engagement and educational initiatives.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing at Senior Brand Manager level, with demonstrated ability to lead, develop and implement strategic and operational plans, translate insights into action, apply omni‑channel marketing approaches, utilise business analytics, and work with a strong customer‑centric mindset. Ideally, you’ll also bring experience in Haematology or Oncology.
You will need:
Tertiary qualification in Business or Science (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Brand Management
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical industry landscape, competitors, and market trends.
