- Own Alliance Relationships – Manage ongoing relationships with audit firms, ensuring they are trained, engaged, and successfully supporting Drata customers.
- Ensure Successful Audits – Align with audit firms to streamline the audit process through Drata, improving efficiency, reducing friction, and driving better customer outcomes.

- Lead Regional Alliance Enablement – Educate audit firms on Drata’s platform, ensuring they understand how to leverage it for customer success and smooth audit execution.
- Act as the Voice of the Region – Provide insights on the Australian audit and compliance landscape to influence Drata’s global alliance strategy.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in audit, cybersecurity compliance, alliances, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.), ideally with hands-on audit experience.
- Experience driving successful audits—either as an auditor, consultant, or alliances lead focused on compliance success.
- Track record of building strategic alliances with audit firms, consulting firms, or compliance vendors.
- Strong ability to operate independently – as the first hire in Australia, you’ll need to take ownership and execute with minimal oversight.
- Ability to balance strategy and execution – comfortable both developing long-term plans and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate alliance firms.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

Drata is on a mission to help build trust across the internet.
Drata is a security and compliance automation platform that continuously monitors and collects evidence of a company's security controls, while streamlining compliance workflows end-to-end to ensure audit readiness.
We all recognize the importance of earning and keeping the trust of our customers when it comes to protecting their data. We've felt firsthand how burdensome achieving and maintaining a strong security and compliance posture can be at a fast-growing company. It’s a manual, redundant, error-prone, and unscalable process - and it only grows more complex and expensive over time.
Our team of SaaS, security, compliance, and audit experts have built a better way - with automation.
