The Growth Marketing team is responsible for deploying our customer acquisition budget (CAC) across all digital and performance marketing channels, with a focus on New Customer growth as their north star goal, working in collaboration with the brand and partnerships team, as well as an award-winning agency village to achieve success.
About the RoleYou’ll be working on acquisition-focused initiatives across Australia and New Zealand, delivering against business goals including maximising marketing efficiency and optimising conversion across the funnel.
You’ll be working closely with our award-winning agency partners, across a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Search, and Display with a focus on trafficking, briefing, optimisation and reviewing performance.
You’ll combine planning prowess, analytical rigour, and creative problem-solving, translating performance data into actionable insights.
This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close collaboration with Media Agencies, Brand, Partnerships, Retention and Martech teams to deliver high-impact, performance-driven campaigns.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…- Plan, launch, and analyse growth campaigns across digital channels (paid social, search, app, and emerging platforms).
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, and Strategy to identify high-impact customer segments and optimise acquisition funnels.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution - from creative briefing and targeting through to performance analysis and reporting.
- Partner with our CRM, Brand, and Merchant Marketing teams to create a seamless customer journey from awareness to conversion.
- Build and maintain experimentation frameworks to test new ideas, creatives, and audiences.
- Track, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rate, retention).
- You have 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, or acquisition marketing within a high-growth or digital-first environment.
- You’re fluent in data - comfortable analysing metrics, building dashboards, and making recommendations based on insights.
- You’ve worked hands-on with one or more paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic)
- You understand the customer funnel and have experience designing and running A/B tests.
