What Workforce Optimization contributes to Cardinal Health
Workforce Optimization is responsible for developing and managing forecasting and scheduling models, as well as systems and methodologies needed for analysis, measurement, and assessment of volumes and staffing/scheduling effectiveness, planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Workforce Management specifically MIS
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
- Scheduling experience is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge with Verint, Genesys Cloud, Pure Insights, Nice, AWS or similar WF tools (frontend and backend)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with internal/ external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
- Analytical with attention to detail
- Creative and problem solving oriented
- Proficient in handling Tableau, Alteryx and Power BI
- Willing to work US hours and report on site (hybrid set-up)
