About the role
Join our LinktUp Rewards team, where we use data‑driven insights to shape the future of customer loyalty and strengthen member engagement. We’re looking for a Senior Loyalty Analyst who is passionate about understanding customer behaviour, skilled at uncovering meaningful insights, and confident influencing strategic and commercial decisions.
In this role, you’ll lead analytics across our loyalty program, evaluating performance, identifying trends, and providing insights that help drive program growth, partner value, and improved customer outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams across Customer Insights, Marketing, Data Engineering and Partnerships to ensure high‑quality data, robust reporting, and actionable recommendations.
Day to day, you will:
Analyse large and complex datasets to understand loyalty program performance and member behaviour
Conduct deep‑dive analysis to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and identify commercial opportunities
Evaluate marketing campaigns and partner activities, providing recommendations to optimise performance
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track KPIs such as engagement, redemption and ROI
Design and maintain the end‑to‑end finance reporting system for LinktUp, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and partner invoicing
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Customer Insights to ensure data quality, integrity and accessibility
Develop segmentation, behavioural insights and customer trends to support targeted marketing
Present insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders across the business
Mentor and support analysts to uplift capability across the team
We’re looking for someone with:
Experience analysing large, high‑volume datasets and applying strong quantitative problem‑solving
Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience with statistical tools (Python or R is a plus)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Expertise in customer segmentation, targeting and audience design
Experience working in complex data environments and partnering with engineering teams
The ability to work independently, manage ambiguity and influence stakeholders
Experience in loyalty analytics is highly desirable
If you meet most of these requirements but not all, we still encourage you to apply.
With a career at Transurban, you’ll enjoy a range of benefits, including:
Flexible working and leave options, including the ability to purchase up to six additional weeks of leave
16 weeks paid parental leave for all parents, with superannuation paid during unpaid leave
Learning and development opportunities to support your career growth
Health and wellbeing support, including access to Headspace, EAP and wellness facilities
Share offers, insurance benefits and financial wellbeing programs
Social activities, community programs and paid volunteer days
We offer a range of flexible working and leave options, so you can balance your work and life commitments and interests. Have a conversation with us about how this could work for you.
