The Identity and Access Technology (IAT) Teams are an integral part of the wider Group Security practice. IAT consists of 3 Crews focused on Identity Lifecycle Management, Workforce Authentication and Privileged Access Management. These Crews are supported by 3 enabling teams, focused on Identity Adoption, Oversight and Access Design. Together they deliver a range of critical services to the organisation ensuring our staff and partners have the right access, to the right systems, at the right times.
The Identity Adoption team is tasked with delivering several complementary activities focused on increasing service coverage (via pre-onboarding engagements for Identity platforms), driving greater awareness of priority activities, gaps and actions related to identity controls and delivering actionable insights specific to services presently under management (i.e., more suitable patterns available for consumption, hygiene of Privileged Access Management processes, etc.).
Do work that matters:
- Assist business and technology stakeholders with onboarding engagement to drive increased service coverage (SailPoint and CyberArk).
- Assist the Senior Manager with driving engagement, education, and support activities related to control completeness, remediation activities and actionable insights.
- Support the collation of user feedback and assist with enhancing the user experience for our business and technology customers.
- Consolidate and improve efficiencies for triage and front door activities (Identity centric).
We are interested in hearing from people who:
- Have knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, specifically related to onboarding processes (both tactical and factory models).
- Have knowledge of Identity technology and automation opportunities to enhance existing processes (i.e., Robotic processing (RPA) to support manual fulfilment).
- Identify and resolve gaps in business processes and knowledge (related to Identity) that may impact adoption velocity and efficiency.
- Understand and have experience with identifying customer needs, obtaining customer feedback (e.g. through user testing) and enhancing support services for customers
- Aid in clarifying priority of remediation activities (e.g., onboarding before automation).
- Be able to translate large identity datasets to business centric insights.
- Consolidate disparate engagement channels (and online material) into a single, consolidated channel.
- Strong collaboration skills and analysis skills
- Very strong written and communication skills.
