Senior Analyst Assurance
The successful candidate will be based out of Melbourne or Adelaide, with a requirement for regular travel across the country.

Reporting to the Manager Assurance, you will be responsible for identifying key and emerging risks in the CSN business through the completion of desktop and Face to face quality assurance reviews.

The CSN Quality Assurance team provide guidance on the practical application of the Group’s risk management frameworks through SME support and advice. As trusted risk advisors, we assist CSN businesses in operating safely and enable sustainable customer outcomes through insightful analytics, risk assurance, governance and the positive transformation of our control environment.
On any given day you will:
Identify key risks across end to end processes for the Customer Service Network;
Lead the design and implementation of controls and process maps;
Assess the effectiveness of the control environment through Deep Dives and the Control Assurance Program;
Lead the root cause analysis of issues and incidents, identifying and implementing control improvements;
Provide risk reporting and insights to assist the business improve processes through the early identification and resolution of issues, incidents and control deficiencies;
Lead quality coaching sessions with frontline team members/leaders
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Strong understanding of risk management practices and controls in the CSN business.
Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy whilst working to competing priorities.
A demonstrated ability to coach others to deliver superior results and outcomes.
Strong foundations of Branch related processes, products, and procedures
Strong ability to think critically and use data driven insights to solve problems.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
Ability to travel, including regional and/or interstate travel on a regular basis.
You must hold a current, unrestricted driver’s licence.
