About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager who is inspired by creative opportunities and has the passion to help bring these opportunities to life for their clients.

The account is fast-paced, with each campaign extending across multiple channels and touchpoints, and the role is packed with growth opportunities for the successful applicant. Working on one of Australia’s most iconic and well-loved brands, you will be deeply immersed in the business and will support across a range of projects, from Brand and Strategy through to Digital and Social.
What you'll do
- Support the Group Account Director in daily tasks and interactions with the client
- Handle day-to-day administration of the account, including internal and client WIPs, workflow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, and records, under the direction of the Group Account Director
- Manage appropriately and keep the team informed on work in progress, recognising issues early and preempting them
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s brand and its competitive environment
- Write briefs under the supervision of the Group Account Director
- Work with internal stakeholders to get things done on time, on budget, and to the highest standard, including peers across various departments and disciplines
- Develop a strong partnership with the client and ensure they are kept in the loop with work in progress, providing excellent customer service in all client interactions
What you'll bring
- Experience in Account Management within a creative agency
- Proven track record of both leading jobs and providing senior support across through-the-line campaigns and projects
- Account Management knowledge and experience in digital, social and motion production is preferred
- Experience in and passion for the fashion retail industry is preferred but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation abilities, including effective influence/persuasion skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to demonstrate confidence in negotiating costs with suppliers, as well as selling creative work to the client
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to relate well to a variety of people and build productive relationships while still introducing elements of fun and humour in the workplace
- Ability to be a team player and bring a positive outlook to the table to help motivate and support other team members
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact
- The ability to approach problem-solving in innovative ways to gain the best solution
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to judge and provide feedback on creative work
