Your Role   

As Senior Account Manager, you will be in a revenue-focused role responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of accounts. This position drives growth by increasing ARR through renewals and upsells, helping customers unlock the full value of Re-Leased’s product suite to support their business goals.

This role could be based in Australia or  New Zealand. 

Your Responsibilities   

  • Increase ARR and maintain GRR of your managed accounts.
  • Identify and execute expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively build and maintain a positive relationship with all key customers.
  • Develop strategic account plans to expand account value.
  • Provide tailored solutions for our accounts through our suite of products and features.
  • Champion the Re-Leased product internally and help educate our team on the value proposition we take to market.
  • Facilitate upskilling opportunities for the customer base as required.

Your Experience  

  • Must have solid Commercial Real Estate Industry experience or knowledge.
  • Extensive experience working as an Account Manager/Senior Account Manager delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Outreach).
  • Ability to explain complex, technical concepts in simple, easy to understand terms.
  • An understanding of the Re-Leased product and market within which we operate.
