About you:
As an Account Manager in our Accountants Division, you'll be at the forefront of building strong customer relationships and driving business growth. You'll manage and grow our existing customer portfolio, creating opportunities to expand engagement through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
By delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing valuable insights, and acting as a trusted partner, you'll help customers achieve their goals while contributing to the team's revenue objectives. Your ability to build lasting relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver meaningful outcomes will be critical to our continued success.
Day-to-day, you will:
- Build trusted customer partnerships by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their challenges and growth goals, and identifying opportunities to deliver tailored solutions through upselling and cross-selling.
- Own and grow a portfolio of clients, guiding customers throughout their journey with Access Accountants and partnering closely with Customer Success to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Champion the value of Access Accountants solutions by clearly communicating product benefits, demonstrating how our full range of products and services addresses key business challenges, and showcasing the value proposition of each offering.
- Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management, strong prioritization, accurate forecasting, and a focus on maximizing customer opportunities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Previous experience in a B2B sales or account management in a SaaS environment (Accountants industry expertise is an advantage)
- Demonstrable knowledge of pipeline generation, deal execution and executive customer engagement.
- The ability to work on your own initiative or as part of a wider team.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- System Knowledge – CRM (Salesforce preferred); LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A commitment to self-development and lifelong learning.
