Acquire high-resolution SEM and TEM images and elemental analysis data from semiconductor defects and specified locations using FIB and microscopy equipment. Prepare samples, optimize observation and analysis conditions, report findings to engineers, review analyses with Yield Enhancement teams, and communicate equipment issues or improvement proposals. The role supports next-generation DRAM development and yield improvement through failure analysis, process improvement, and AI or data analytics-enabled workflow enhancement. Rotating day and night shift work is required.
