The opportunity

The PPC & Affiliate Marketing Specialist will drive the growth of our e-commerce stores across Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. This role will leverage expertise in Google advertising and affiliate marketing to enhance our online presence, increase traffic, and maximize ROI from our SEM & affiliate campaigns.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing successful Google Ads and affiliate marketing campaigns for global e-commerce businesses, particularly within the fashion & apparel industry. This person will work closely with various departments, grow revenue and profit contribution from the channel, support numerous business, marketing & campaign strategic initiatives, and is ultimately responsible for managing budgets across key markets within the channel. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage various Google Ads campaigns with a focus on growing sales and profits across all markets.
  • Additionally, this role will work with third parties to manage and optimise global full-funnel Display advertising campaigns
  • Develop, implement and manage our global affiliate campaign with a focus on driving revenue growth from our publisher mix
  • Optimise ad performance through A/B testing, keyword analysis, and audience targeting.
  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across multiple campaigns and markets. 
  • Implement and refine search & keyword strategies to drive relevant traffic and increase conversions. 
  • Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to track, report, and analyze website traffic and campaign performance. 
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce, web development, and design teams to optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates. 
  • Implement best practices for landing page structure, content, and user experience. 
  • Explore and implement new Google Ads features and beta programs to stay ahead of industry trends. 
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. 
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed. 
  • Ensure all SEM activities comply with Google’s advertising policies and industry best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a paid media role preferably for global e-commerce brands managing paid search and affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Minimum 2 years experience in managing Annual Marketing budgets of more than $1 Million
  • Expert knowledge of all Google products including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre, GA4 &Google Tag Manager 
  • Experience managing and optimising large product data feeds using tools such as Datafeedwatch or similar
  • Experience working with a variety of affiliates across global markets
  • High Proficiency with Excel and or Google Sheets 
  • Qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential 
  • Ability to influence, educate, and bring together various departments to drive strategic initiatives
