Job Description:
In an age where information is always available and from multiple sources, Pet Parents need reliable pet health knowledge that they can trust. As the Search & Digital Experience Manager at Royal Canin – you’d be responsible for driving Search, SEO, and website performance while exploring AI, social commerce, and emerging trends. The Search & Digital Experience Manager reports to the Media Acceleration Lead and sits within the Royal Canin media team.
This is a great role for someone looking to build their career, as you’ll gain valuable skills while partnering with Royal Canin collaborators and external media and digital agency partners to increase brand awareness and consideration, creating a seamless Pet Parent experience with the Royal Canin brand online.
What are we looking for?

3-4+ years of experience as a SEO or PPC Specialist or similar role (ie. Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions)

Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC best practices, and web traffic metrics

Experience with audience and buyer persona research, as well as web design and publishing

Great intrapersonal skills, coordination ability, and learning agility to grow as you build your career with us

E-commerce experience preferred, but not required
What would be your key responsibilities?

Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Strategy & Execution: Translating the global Search playbook into the ANZ paid and organic search strategy, while driving the execution in partnership with our external media agency.

SEO Strategy & Execution: Manage overall SEO Strategy and execution for the Royal Canin and Eukanuba brands.

Brand Website Management and Maintenance: Own assets and content featured on Royal Canin and Eukanuba websites, responsible for ensuring it remains current, relevant and engaging for Pet Parents.

Customer-facing responsibilities: Being the Search and SEO expert for Customer-related activity, including supporting our Customer Marketing Managers in identifying opportunities in Customer’s ecosystems to enhance search rankings.
