Scrum Lead

Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… 

As a Scrum Lead, you will drive high-performance agile delivery within a dedicated mission squad. You’ll own sprint execution, cadence, and continuous improvement, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery aligned to program priorities.

The role is a full time max term role for 2 years that can be conducted from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane (hybrid.)

• Leading all agile ceremonies and maintaining consistent sprint cadence and velocity
• Removing impediments, managing dependencies, and escalating risks early
• Partnering with Product Owners on backlog management and sprint planning
• Tracking and reporting delivery progress, risks, and outcomes
• Coordinating with other squads, architecture, security, platform, and business teams
• Ensuring quality, governance, and compliance standards are met
• Driving continuous improvement, team health, and agile maturity

To be considered for this role you will have: 

•  3–5 years’ experience in Scrum Master or agile delivery roles within large programs
• Proven experience leading agile squads in technology transformation environments
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and agile delivery practices
• Experience managing cross-squad dependencies and enterprise delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Background in enterprise technology, integration, and testing cycles
• Agile certification required; additional certifications desirable
• Relevant degree preferred but not essential
