PRIMARY DUTIES This is a laboratory bench level position. •Conduct simple experiments & analyze results with guidance from senior scientists/R&D managers. •Learn raw material categories & understand their impact of formula/product performance •Learn & accurately repeat test methods relevant for technology/market that they are supporting •Effective time management •Collaborate with peers & support development, sharing, & testing of new ideas with the guidance of supervisor •Learn H.B.
