We're looking for an SAP Business Analyst to join our Engineering team, embedded in a squad responsible for our Orders & Dispatch Management System, Financial Systems, and SAP B1 ERP. You'll bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineers, translating complex operational needs into well-defined SAP solutions that drive efficiency and delivery speed.

In this role you will:

    • Partner with engineering squads to define and refine SAP requirements, ensuring stories follow INVEST principles and are ready for sprint.
    • Translate business processes across order management, dispatch, and finance into clear SAP functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
    • Own sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives within an agile delivery model.
    • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, map SAP process flows, and align stakeholder priorities.
    • Maintain deep knowledge of SAP configuration, module interdependencies, and integration points with downstream systems.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities within SAP workflows and support change and release initiatives.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business users and the engineering team, ensuring alignment on requirements and SAP technical constraints.
    • Define UAT scenarios specific to SAP processes, coordinate stakeholder testing, and validate outcomes against business requirements.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Technical or Functional BA working directly with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on knowledge of relevant SAP modules
  • Ability to write high-quality user stories and break complex SAP work into deliverable increments.
  • Comfortable engaging with SAP developers on configuration and technical design.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and process/system diagramming tools.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience integrating SAP with dispatch, logistics, or order management platforms.
  • Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, or API-based integrations.
  • SAP certification or formal SAP training.
  • Background in finance, supply chain, or operations.
