We are looking for skilled SAP Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team on a permanent basis or contractual basis.

Project Management is a key function for the business to execute and deliver SAP solutions projects across a diverse range of industries. You will contribute to our practice business strategy and direction, ensuring that objectives, as well as business goals, are met. You present with a wealth of experience in successfully delivering IT Projects in an SME Environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • To project manage the execution of single and multi-disciplinary SAP projects including project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Prepare and monitor installation schedules and timelines resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery to our customers
  • Manage, interact with, and if necessary direct all relevant project consultants to ensure all customer expectations and agreed deliverables are met.
  • Manage the processes associated with an effective and functional document control system including but not limited to Project Management hand-over, Administration, Documentation, Customer Support and Project Closures 
  • Facilitate regular aggregated internal Project Progress reporting
  • Liaising and negotiating with all relevant BPOs of our customers about contractual requirements
  • Communicate clearly, professionally and demonstrate the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and improve project delivery processes and procedures in line with our project methodologies.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in project management with ideally a minimum of five years in the delivery of medium-scale, complex IT projects
  • SAP experience required
  • Demonstrated experience managing large projects, performing project planning, tracking, and oversight to ensure project(s) are completed on schedule and within budget
  • Experience working with productivity and methodology tools that increase project efficiency and effectiveness
  • Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
  • Exemplary communication, time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills to interact with all relevant stakeholders on a technical and non-technical level to build successful relationships
  • Good human relations and leadership skills to train, guide, motivate and mentor the work of project personnel
