We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our Bunnings Technology Team.
About the Role
Join a team where architecture meets impact. At Bunnings, we’re not just shaping systems - we’re shaping how millions of customers connect, shop and experience our brand. As a Solution Architect focused on Salesforce, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we personalise, engage and deliver across our platforms. With a tech stack that spans CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud and more, this is your chance to lead meaningful change in a business that’s always evolving.
Inspiring you to give it a red hot go, we’ll back your ideas, challenge your thinking and support your growth every step of the way.
As the Salesforce solution architect you will:
- Lead the design of scalable, secure Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic roadmap and business goals.
- Collaborate across teams from commercial sales to contact centre to deliver integrated, customer-focused experiences.
- Champion platform cohesion, ensuring our Salesforce architecture supports long-term adaptability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to innovate, leveraging tools like Agentforce and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
- Set the guardrails - define patterns and principles that guide consistent, high-quality solution delivery.
- Support governance and change by guiding solutions through review forums and considering broader operational impacts.
- Be a trusted advisor, helping teams navigate complexity and make smart, future-ready decisions.
About You:
You are someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and have a passion for tackling complex challenges, turning business requirements into effective, scalable solutions. Your curiosity drives you to seek out new and improved ways of working and you approach every task with a strategic mindset. As part of our team, you’ll contribute to a culture that values openness, teamwork and innovation, playing an important role in advancing how we leverage technology to benefit both our customers and our people.
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey ideas clearly and confidently to a diverse range of stakeholders. You are skilled at balancing immediate priorities with long-term objectives, and you thrive when working across different teams to build productive relationships. While you pay close attention to detail, you never lose sight of the broader vision, ensuring your work supports both current and future goals.
You will additionally have:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience across CRM (Service & Sales Cloud), Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Loyalty and Revenue Cloud.
- 5+ years in a solution architecture role, ideally with experience designing for complex integrations.
- Strong understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and how to apply them.
- Proven ability to lead platform capability assessments and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Experience defining architectural guardrails and patterns for scalable delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business (or equivalent experience).
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
