We’re on the look out for a Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic Group Technology team and play a key role in the transformation of our Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds. If you thrive on solving complex problems, have an eye for detail, and want to shape how quality is embedded across enterprise systems, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.
Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in
Designing and developing robust test plans and test cases based on evolving system requirements
Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key stakeholders across the business
Implementing automated testing frameworks for performance and regression testing
Identifying, tracking, and resolving bugs, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
Collaborating with cross-functional teams during and after implementation to continuously enhance the Salesforce platform
Providing ongoing support and resolving issues post-implementation
Staying at the forefront of QA methodologies and tools to continually improve our testing processes
What you will bring
A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience in a QA or testing role within a Salesforce environment.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds, and experience in creating structured test plans.
Hands-on expertise with automated testing tools and performance testing techniques.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and an eagle eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
