Job Summary
We are seeking a Salesforce-focused Data Analyst to support enterprise CRM reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Support teams. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, driving data visibility initiatives, supporting Power BI to Salesforce CRMA migration efforts, and helping establish Salesforce as the centralized analytics platform for business users. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools, strong business analysis skills, and an interest in modern Salesforce technologies such as CRM Analytics (CRMA) and Data Cloud
Job Description
.Key Responsibilities
CRM Analytics & Dashboards
  • Design, build, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports using:
    • Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM)
    • Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
    • Power BI (transition and migration efforts)
  • Deliver executive and operational dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams.
  • Centralize reporting and metrics into Salesforce CRMA to create a unified analytics experience for users.

Data Governance & Data Quality
  • Support enterprise data governance initiatives and data cleanup activities.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and build governance dashboards.
  • Partner with CRM and Data Engineering teams to improve data accuracy and visibility across business units.
  • Assist in deduplication, standardization, and governance policy implementation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with CRM, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into scalable dashboard solutions.
  • Support Power BI → Salesforce CRMA migration strategy and roadmap initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with:
    • Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
    • Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM)
    • Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce data models and objects.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/project-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Salesforce Administrator
    • CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant
    • Data Cloud Consultant
  • Experience working with integrations and enterprise systems (MuleSoft, ServiceNow, Zuora, etc.) is a plus.
