Job Description

We are building a next-generation Salesforce practice in Australia, focused on delivering large-scale transformation programs across industries including telecommunications, financial services, and public sector.

We are looking for high-calibre Salesforce professionals with experience in industry clouds and digital platforms, particularly Communications Cloud and Commerce Cloud, to join us at an early stage of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute across the full SDLC: discovery, fit-gap, design, build, test, and deploy
  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned to out-of-the-box (OOTB) principles
  • Work within cross-functional teams (engineering, business analysis, architecture, and integration)
  • Support fit-gap workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Build integrations with external platforms (e.g. billing, order management, payments, digital channels)
  • Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git) and support testing and release activities

Qualifications

Core Skills & Experience

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

Communications Cloud (Priority)

  • Experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud
  • Understanding of telco product models, CPQ, and order management

Commerce Cloud

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including storefront development and integrations

Core Salesforce & Integration

  • Strong foundation in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Integration experience using APIs (MuleSoft preferred)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in a consulting or systems integrator (SI) environment
  • Strong delivery mindset across complex transformation programs
  • Ability to work within onshore/offshore delivery models
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
