As our Sales Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving enrolment growth while building a high-performing, student-first sales team. You’ll combine leadership, coaching, and strategy to ensure every family’s first experience with Contour is warm, professional, and inspiring.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Representatives, providing hands-on coaching, daily support, and performance feedback.
- Drive trial-to-enrolment conversions through empathetic, solutions-focused communication with students and families.
- Conduct follow-ups with warm leads, including students and parents who have completed trial weeks.
- Implement data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and streamline the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with Operations to optimise tools, workflows, and sales systems.
- Track and report team performance, providing actionable insights to the Sales Manager.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure a seamless and consistent family experience.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, with a record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel, buyer psychology, and persuasive communication.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with the ability to build genuine connections.
- Empathetic, people-first leadership style - you thrive on helping others succeed.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on process improvement and measurable outcomes.
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Melbourne-based and able to travel to the Melbourne CBD.
