About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Sales Representative to join our high-performing primary care team and promote our key vaccine brands across Melbourne inner east. This role also involves regular regional rotation to Wangaratta and Mt Beauty, providing opportunities to make an impact in a broader territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance in your territory with ownership and accountability
- Collaborate within the team to execute strategic activities that enhance outcomes
- Deliver science-led, value-driven services to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and GPs
- Develop and implement a robust business plan, blending face-to-face and digital engagements to create a personalised omni-channel experience for customers
- Commit to 1 week in 5 week regional travel to Wangaratta, Eildon, Mt Beauty and surrounds as part of your rotation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in field-based sales or a similar role, with a growth mindset
- A motivated, positive, and competitive individual eager to learn and succeed
- Strong proficiency in technology, with the ability to engage virtually and present effectively using digital tools
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, science, pharmacology, or a related field
- Full VIC Driving License
