About The Role:

Fever for Business is seeking a Sales Representative to help fulfill our ambitious growth plans. In this role, you will be essential in managing inbound client inquiries, building strong relationships, and closing deals for private events, all of which are crucial to expanding our client base and driving our continued success.

  • Client Engagement:
    • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries related to private events and Fever’s unique experiences.
    • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions from Fever’s vast array of offerings.
    • Schedule and attend meetings with clients to discuss and finalize event or experience details.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final contract, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
    • Upsell and cross-sell additional experiences and services to maximize client value and Fever’s revenue.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with the marketing team to optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
    • Collaborate with the operations and event teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.

About You:

  • 3-4 years of experience in full-cycle sales, with a strong background in managing and closing inbound leads.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for client success.
