Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Supervisor will oversee and drive the sales and operational activities related to the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) project. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective planning, execution, and delivery of project-related sales objectives while providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in project execution, coordination, and ensuring alignment with ZOLL Medical’s strategic business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination

Lead and manage sales and operational efforts for the Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS) project, ensuring successful project milestones and deliverables.

Collaborate with project stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and external partners, to align strategies and achieve project goals.

Ensure project timelines, resources, and budgets are effectively managed.

Sales Support & Operations

Act as a primary point of contact for sales-related queries and support, delivering high standards of service to meet customer needs.

Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.

Monitor sales activity and performance, track key project metrics, and report on project progress.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Queensland Ambulance Service, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Process Improvement & Efficiency

Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency for the project.

Leverage data and analytics to track project performance and identify areas for enhancement.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with sales representatives, technical service teams, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Prepare and present project updates to senior management and relevant teams, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and achievements.

Facility Management

All building systems, equipment, and services are operating efficiently and effectively. Organising and liasing with landlords and external contractors on all issues in relation to the building

Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate vendor relationships, lead facility improvements, and support workplace safety and compliance initiatives.

Proactive, detail-oriented professional with a proven background in facility management, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry.

Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on customer engagement and sales growth.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in sales and project management tools and software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, particularly related to medical devices and services, is highly desirable.
