How you will make contributions that matter:
Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Technical the Sales Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our Global Sales operations, while assisting the team to deliver results. This role will be responsible for planning and delivering on sales strategies and operational plans, leading sales forecast and budgeting processes, demand planning and customer allocation, delivery in full on time (DIFOT), supporting pricing strategies, and managing inventory and customer quality issues.
Key Accountabilities
- Align sales strategies with operational plans.
- Support sales managers with insights and recommendations.
- Manage order fulfillment and inventory levels.
- Lead sales forecasts and budgets for Global Sales Asia.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies.
- Address inventory-related issues.
- Resolve quality-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Streamline sales operations processes.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Significant experience in supply chain and sales operations.
- Strong systems-based sales experience, ideally in SAP.
- Knowledge of dairy ingredients.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
