Job Description:
Reporting to the Customer Development Head - COLES, this position is the Operational Lead supporting Account, Customer and Field to generate demand and deliver best in class execution with the fundamental goal of “right stock, right place, right time.”
The primary function of this role is to partner with our Field Team to execute account strategies in store. This will be achieved through collaborating with multiple teams providing insightful & accurate selling tools on time, tracking and measuring executions live in market and reviewing activations to ensure we are delivering results.
Further to this, you will use data to extract insights and action with account leads to deliver continuous improvements through a thorough understanding of the intricacies of how the customer operates. What would be your key responsibilities?

Build mutual working relationships with the Field, Category, external partners and the rest of the Coles Account Team.

Through Test and Learns, build best in class execution plans for the portfolio

Influence trade plan reviewing End Plans, PDQs, OFD clusters.

Periodic reporting, alignment, and detailed plan development.

Work closely with the FLT and all members of the field team to ensure streamlined communication.

Manage ad-hoc Field Requests and take responsibility for closing the loop to requests, questions and issues.

Pro-actively ensure the field have the information from the Coles Account Team as required, and drive engagement.
