Ready to help define the next chapter of a fast-growing national cybersecurity firm? This role offers the opportunity to lead frontline sales execution, build consistency at scale, and deliver sustained growth in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries.

Who Are We

Triskele Labs is a specialist cybersecurity firm helping Australian organisations protect their business through managed detection and response, advisory, offensive security and incident response. We are entering our next stage of growth and are investing in senior commercial leadership to scale a high-performance revenue engine.

Why this role?

Triskele Labs is entering its next phase of national growth and is seeking a Sales Manager to drive day-to-day execution, structure, and consistency across the sales function. This is a highly operational management role focused on running the sales engine: enforcing process, improving discipline, and ensuring predictable, repeatable outcomes. The Sales Manager will work closely with the CEO, CCO, and senior stakeholders but will remain deeply embedded in the operational rhythm of the sales team.

The role is accountable for new business and account expansion performance, with a strong emphasis on pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, renewals, and retention. You will manage Business Development Managers and Account Managers, ensuring consistent sales behaviours, effective qualification, and strong follow-through on opportunities. This includes running regular pipeline reviews, inspecting deals, managing late-stage opportunities, and stepping in where required to unblock progress and close execution gaps.

This role suits a practical, detail-oriented sales manager who is comfortable operating in the trenches. You will be hands-on in coaching calls, reviewing outreach, enforcing CRM standards, and holding the team accountable to agreed targets and processes. Success will be measured by improved sales efficiency, forecast reliability, pipeline quality, retention outcomes, and sustained revenue performance across the team.

RequirementsWhat You Will Do

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will operate as a senior executive and strategic decision-maker.

  • Revenue execution (new + expansion): Own delivery of new business and expansion targets through consistent execution across BDMs and AMs.
  • Pipeline discipline: Drive strong qualification, stage integrity, and conversion to improve pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Renewals and uplift: Lead renewal and uplift execution across existing accounts, ensuring consistent retention and expansion outcomes.
  • Hands-on deal leadership: Actively support priority and late stage deals through deal reviews, coaching, and direct involvement where required.
  • Enterprise and complex sales: Enforce structured qualification and disciplined use of pre-sales to improve outcomes on enterprise and complex opportunities.
  • Sales operating rhythm: Run a rigorous weekly cadence covering pipeline reviews, forecasting, deal inspection, and performance management.
  • Coaching and performance uplift: Coach BDMs and AMs to improve capability, accountability, and consistent sales behaviours.
  • CRM and data hygiene: Own HubSpot standards, data quality, and reporting to support visibility and decision-making.
  • Cross-functional execution: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure strong handoffs, qualification gates, and deal execution.
Who You Are
  • Sales leadership experience: 3–5 years in sales leadership roles within cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS, or high-growth B2B services environments.
  • Execution at scale: Proven ability to lift sales performance in multi-offering, complex sales environments through repeatable process, cadence, and discipline.
  • Enterprise and mid-market selling: Strong experience executing enterprise and complex deals while maintaining consistent mid-market performance and coverage.
  • Pipeline and forecasting discipline: Deep working knowledge of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and forecast accuracy.
  • Commercial fundamentals: Practical understanding of pricing, packaging, discounting, and deal structure, with a focus on deal quality and margin awareness.
  • Operational rigor: Demonstrated capability running weekly sales cadence, enforcing CRM hygiene, and driving accountability through data and inspection.
  • Coaching-led leadership: Strong ability to coach BDMs and AMs on behaviors, deal execution, and sales fundamentals to lift team performance.
  • Hands-on operating style: Comfortable being in the trenches—reviewing deals, joining calls, and intervening directly to unblock opportunities.
Why You Will Love It
  • Direct executive partnership: Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to shape and execute the company’s growth strategy.
  • Build repeatable execution: Opportunity to establish consistent sales rhythm, process, and discipline to support scalable growth.
  • Strong foundations to leverage: Build on a capable marketing function and existing go-to-market foundations to improve conversion and sales effectiveness.
  • Performance-aligned rewards: Competitive compensation package with incentives clearly aligned to sales performance and outcomes.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
