    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Define the business strategy and plan for assigned area of responsibility according to the division strategy, plan and targets.

    • Drive business development and sales execution to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through activities: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits and Seminars.  

    • Lead business planning, business reviews, forecasting, and market analysis. 

    • Lead the sales team, giving directions with a clear focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.  

    • Coach the team in strengthening customer relationships by overseeing value-based proposals, quote development, and reviewing terms & conditions of sales contracts.
