We are looking for a Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team working in Sydney, Australia. You will work with one of the leading networking solutions in the world and develop your B2B sales expertise by expanding Teltonika’s presence in the Australian market. 

Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. 

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales professional to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive product knowledge, and generate considerable earnings while expanding B2B opportunities in the market. 

In this role you will:

  • Drive net-new business development across targeted verticals including hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, and multi-site branch environments.
  • Reach out to new potential clients through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn communication 
  • Generate new leads through proactive prospecting and CRM management 
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts are signed to achieve assigned sales goals 
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through frequent communication and visits 
  • Represent Teltonika at exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings 
  • Collaborate with product specialists and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

What we expect of you:

  • Professional English language skills (spoken and written) 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B IoT hardware or industrial networking sales 
  • Assertive, results-driven sales professional with a hunter mindset and proven experience in lead generation and cold calling 
  • Independent and self-driven, with the ability to manage sales activities autonomously across long sales cycles. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zoho
