Role Overview:
Ailo is seeking exceptional property management professionals and agency leaders to join our team as Sales Executives.
This role is your entry point into the fast-growing world of property and financial technology. You don’t need prior sales or SaaS experience — we’ll teach you that. What you do need is a proven record of excellence in property management or agency leadership and the ambition to grow into a new career path that expands beyond operations and into technology, transformation, and leadership.
If you’ve built credibility in the industry, led teams, grown portfolios, or driven innovation, you already have what it takes to connect with our clients in a way few can. This role will allow you to take that expertise and channel it into shaping the future of the sector.

Location:

Taking applicants from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane

Key Responsibilities

Engage and Influence

Use your industry knowledge to connect with principals, business owners, and property managers.

Clearly communicate the value Ailo creates and the challenges it solves to influence decision-makers to act.

Drive Growth

Take prospects through the decision-making journey and ensure a smooth handover to onboarding.

Participate in events, study tours, and industry forums to build visibility and momentum.

Shape the Client Experience

Work closely with our onboarding and customer success teams to ensure new clients are set up for long-term success.

Provide structured feedback to help refine and improve the onboarding journey.

Contribute to Team Success

Maintain strong reporting and follow-ups that reflect your professionalism.

Collaborate with referral partners, ambassadors, and internal sales leaders to keep the pipeline moving.

Qualifications

Proven excellence in property management or agency leadership: this could mean portfolio growth, running a high-performing team, leading innovation, or achieving recognised industry results.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills: able to influence and build trust at all levels of a business.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate industry pain points into opportunities for change.

A growth mindset and hunger to expand into the property and financial technology field.

Ambition to grow into future leadership opportunities within Ailo and the wider sector.

Key Performance Metrics

Number of properties successfully onboarded.

Strength and frequency of engagement with referral partners.

Consistency and accuracy in reporting and follow-ups.
