Role Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Greater Melbourne Area. This role is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a fast‑growing business and play a hands‑on role in shaping its success.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Your day‑to‑day will include prospecting, meeting customers in the field, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer support. The sales territory will depend on the candidate, with opportunities to travel and manage accounts across Australia.

Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Confidence in presenting products and communicating value to customers
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset and the ability to consistently achieve targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment
- Experience managing relationships with electrical wholesalers (highly desirable)
- Experience selling into building industry (desirable)
- Knowledge of EV charging, smart energy solutions, or related fields (desirable)
