Position Overview

As an Sales Executive you will be responsible for new logo aquisition in APAC including Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan, and Korea. You will be responsible for TraceLink's Track & Trace and MINT products. You will be responsible for the growth strategy of your region, including a mix of direct seling and partner selling activity.

By building trusted relationships with C-suite and aligning your account’s vision and priorities to TraceLink’s products, you will achieve yournet new ARR goals. You will collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to coordinate your strategy, and you will work collaboratively with a solutions consultant to present and demonstrate TraceLink’s solutions and to propose the differentiated value of partnering with TraceLink.

We need high energy, team oriented, driven sales talent with exceptional communication skills, strong customer focus and remarkable drive willing to learn and grow within our sales organization. This role is an integral part of our sales organization where you will be managing the entire sales process from initial outreach through contract negotiations.

At your disposal you will find great collaboration in the marketing and Business Development team that you will need to coordinate and collaborate with in alignment with your strategy. You will lead the execution of our defined sales process to discover and define prospect account needs and map those to the TraceLink offerings. You will work collaboratively with a solutions consultant to present and demonstrate TraceLink’s solutions and to propose the differentiated value of partnering with TraceLink.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively engage with multiple contacts (shop floor to C-Suite) and network into strategic prospects via telephone, email, web and in person meetings to educate and drive them through a value drive sales process

  • Define sales strategies and account plans by working collaboratively with sales team, sales management, and executive management

  • Execute customer-centric meetings, presentations and product demonstrations both virtually and in person with key decision-makers and influencers

  • Develop high impact proposals with Solution Consulting partners which articulate TraceLink’s differentiated solution, market leadership, and unique value as a partner

  • Manage and support all aspects of the close process

  • Build and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis

  • Manage and document sales pipeline including forecasts, prospect details, current opportunities and future planned activities

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to share information, expertise and market feedback

  • Work with the A&C leadership to develop and nurture partner relationships to facilitate and foster stronger sales engagements with prospects - allowing scale at pace

  • Curating value engineering exercises in line with the customers ‘north star’ narrative - articulating TraceLink business value in the customers language

  • To facilitate/lay the foundations for 6-digit enterprise ARR transactions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.

  • 5+ years sales experience with some amount of SaaS sales.

  • Experience selling a complex business orientated SaaS solution.

  • Demonstrable experience building and executing sales plan to achieve target in a SaaS/Cloud environment.

  • Strong Business acumen

  • High proactivity, independence and drive in coordinating your job and achieving your results

  • Demonstrated understanding of and success in the sales life-cycle: prospecting, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing sales

  • ​Ability to work both independently and as a part of the TraceLink team

  • Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic startup environment

  • Experience utilizing sales CRM tools such as Salesforce.
