The Sales Executive will achieve revenue targets for MICE, maintain competitor data, establish contacts in the MICE segment, and report on market trends. They will also participate in networking events and prepare performance reports.

Meet/Exceed the personal revenues targets for Group accommodation and catering
• Determine and target a list of retention and target accounts
• Maintain up to date competitor data compiled from internet, HIS reader boards and Delphi
• Establish and maintain regular contact with key prospects in the MICE market segment including site inspections and sales calls
• Fulfil weekly sales calls and telesales targets
• Utilise the HIS Reader Board program to target accounts utilising competitive set
• Report sales revenues, market trends and competitor updates to Director of Sales – GSO Australia
• Participation in developing/reviewing MICE strategies applicable to MICE market segment, based on market feedback and conditions
• Source and participate in appropriate networking events & MICE organisations
• Fulfil requirements to meet or exceed KPI’s for MICE Mystery Shopper program
• Prepare weekly, quarterly and annual reports and annual budget for segment as required
