We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to support Eightcap’s growth by converting leads into active traders and expanding our footprint within the Chinese-speaking market. This role is critical in bridging the gap between market interest and client acquisition through educational initiatives and proactive pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Pipeline Growth: Convert warm leads into active traders and consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.
  • Educational Leadership: Design and deliver high-impact educational materials, webinars and seminars (online and offline) to engage prospects and empower existing clients.
  • Full-Cycle Lead Management: Proactively build and manage a robust sales pipeline while overseeing relevant communication channels, including company social media accounts.
  • Market Authority: Maintain a deep understanding of financial markets to clearly articulate market news, complex trading products and Eightcap’s value proposition to a diverse audience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Provide premium customer service by handling feedback, requests and technical queries with speed and professional precision.
  • Operational Excellence: Prioritize high-value tasks and meet deadlines within a fast-paced team environment, ensuring a seamless transition from lead to active client.
  • Internal & External Stakeholders: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Compliance and Engineering, while managing strategic external relationships with retail clients, wholesale traders and external vendors to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.

Requirements
  • Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required; Cantonese is highly regarded.
  • A demonstrable interest in FX, CFDs and global financial markets, with the ability to translate market trends into client opportunities. Prior sales experience within the FX/CFD sector is strongly preferred.
  • A results-driven professional with a passion for high-performance sales and a commitment to delivering a premium client experience.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise high-value tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative trouble shooter who can think analytically to resolve day-to-day issues under pressure.
  • A deep respect for diversity and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders from multicultural backgrounds.
  • RG146 qualification is highly advantageous.
  • A proven ability to work independently, take initiative and drive projects from conception to completion.
